We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health complications resulting from the use of our products, particularly if the user failed to perform a patch test or ignored a known allergy.

Scope of Damages: In no event shall Magical Infusions, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs.

C. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of our products or website shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

User Content & Conduct Clause

Force Majeure

Magical Infusions shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control ('Force Majeure Event').

A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to: strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster; or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
